GPO’s won’t get evaluated after windows start if using fastboot

#Solution:

With activated fastboot (default) Win8 machines don’t apply GPO’s which are evaluated at system startup. Fastboot implements a so called hybrid shutdown, which hybernates the kernel part. This prevents a new fetch/evaluation.
